How nostalgic... I was cleaning my desk and found the script of my Choral Speaking when I was 10 years old. Its a script which my school used for the choral speaking competition and we didnt win (if im not wrong). Its about a cartoon which captures many kids heart during that time.. Try reading through it 1st and i will reveal the name of the cartoon.
Simba the cub showed a great sight
The wise Baboon sprinkled the magic dust
Hoping Simba not to be more harsh
Everyone "Silence" and pay attention
For the ceremony has just begun
Every animal stand still in their rows
To welcome the future king with their bow and row
"Hee......Hee......Hee......Hee......"
Hyenas in Pride land !
Aha ! It must be that Uncle Scar
Uncle Scar ?
Yes, hanky panky uncle Scar.
To show how brave he is to be a king
Simba didnt realize what he was doing
Meeting hyenas was a great mistake
That no one could pever pay.
Oh yes......!, Oh yes......!, Oh yes......!
Sear wants to take the place
To be a king without a guess
Simba the one they want to kill
But alas alack the father, Mufasa has to pay the bill.
"Father......, Father......, wake up father !"
"Murder !"
"No !", cried simba with eyes full with tears.
"Run"
"Haa......?!"
"I said 'run', Run Simba, run. Run before you regreat anything
Hakuna Matata
Hakuna Matata ?
Hakuna Matata - No worries
What a wonderful phrase
The one that Simba felt safe
Time passed and Simba grew
At the other side of Pride Land view
Even Timon and Dumbaa too
Knew the tension that grew
Deep inside Simba's heart.
As midnight struck full with shining stars
Remind Simba about Mufasa
In the haze of dream
Simba can't believe his own eyes
"Father....... is that you ?"
"Simba......... Go home, Simba, Pride land nuds you. It is doomed without the real king
Go home and take back your pride".
As fast as he could
Simba ran through the woods
Run Simba, run
Run and don't look back
As Simba approached Pride Rock alone
Sear looked surprised and slowly moaned
"My.......My.......My....... what a surprise"
"Shame on you, Simba. For what you have done !"
With eyes full of anger Simba said,
"I'm back, uncle Scar. It is a small world after all, don't you think ?"
"Eeerggh......, I hate that !"
"Oo...... You want to hear a story.
The one that you felt scary.
I'm the one who killed your father !"
"No"
"Oh, yes"
"No !"
"Yes...., Yes...., Yes......!
"Noooo........", "Rrrrrroarrrrrr"
With the strength of ten lions
Simba jumped and scratched
The battle began.
Lioness too fight for their place
Because there no one could replace.
From the smallest ant to the bigest elephant
Of course not to be forgotten
The anaconda from the amazon
They joined in the big fray
Fight and fight, guided with their own prayer
The hyenas scattered away after seeing Scar being pushed away
Down the cliff
And Simba stood there watching full of relief
The sun shines and lights the Land of Pride
Simba smiles as a king and puts all the bad dreams aside
He promised himself to be a wise king
For the sake of Pride Land all living things.
This script is taken from the cartoon 'The Lion King'. I still remember how I was so fanatic about this cartoon. My father bought me and my brother a colour story book of this cartoon. After few months, the book was torn because me and my brother fought for the book.. SWT (=,=||)
Freaking childish if we think back what we had done in the past...
